For custom homes built in our subdivisions, home buyers only pay a deposit and then close when the house is done. That way, you don't have to take out a construction loan.

Getting A Loan

Hunt Custom Homes partners with several finance companies that offer excellent financing options for our customers. We don’t offer in-house financing, but our partners always take excellent care of our customers.

Typically, The Items You Need To Start A Mortgage Application Are:

  1. Contract
  2. One or two months worth of pay stubs
  3. W-2's for the past two years
  4. Bank statements for all accounts for the past two months
  5. Drivers license and Social Security card
  6. Money for appraisal (typically $350 - $400)
